Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced he will wait in Ankara, Turkey, for talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin about the ongoing war. Putin has not confirmed attendance. Zelenskyy urged European and US leaders to impose strong sanctions if Putin skips the meeting. Russia recently launched 10 drones at Ukraine, which were all shot down. If Putin doesn't attend, Zelenskyy says it indicates Russia's unwillingness to end the conflict.
