Persimmon sells its broadband service, FibreNest, to BUUK Infrastructure for about £100 million.

Persimmon, a housebuilder, will sell its full-fiber broadband service, FibreNest, to BUUK Infrastructure for about £100 million. This sale, expected to be completed within three months pending regulatory approval, will help Persimmon invest in its growth strategy outlined in March 2025. BUUK Infrastructure provides full-fiber and multi-utility services to new housing developments.
