Phoenix Ikner, 20, charged with murder after shooting left 2 dead, 6 injured at Florida State University.

Phoenix Ikner, a 20-year-old Florida State University student and stepson of a sheriff's deputy, has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder and seven counts of attempted murder after a shooting on April 17 that left two people dead and six injured. Ikner was shot by responding officers and was recently released from the hospital. The Tallahassee Police Department plans to release the probable cause affidavit after his first court appearance.
