Parents charged after six-month-old twins found with severe rat bite marks in South Carolina home.

In South Carolina, a six-month-old baby girl was found with severe rat bite marks after her mother called 911, reporting her child was covered in blood. Her twin brother also had bite marks. The parents, both 24, were charged with unlawful conduct towards a child despite knowing about the rat infestation in their home for months. All three children are now in the custody of the Department of Social Services. The baby girl remains in the hospital.
