Geneva police officer Michael Tapscott, a 13-year veteran, was arrested for allegedly selling Adderall while on duty and charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance and official misconduct. Two more officers are on administrative leave pending a criminal investigation by the Ontario County Sheriff's Office. The police department will also conduct an internal investigation. Tapscott was arraigned and released, set to appear in court on May 14.
