Five former U.S. Postal Service employees in Kansas City, Kansas, have been indicted for stealing mail, including Amazon return packages, between early 2023 and mid-October 2023. The accused face charges of conspiracy to steal mail and mail theft. The investigation is ongoing by the USPS Office of Inspector General.
