A security guard at the Palm Beach Gardens DMV, Ossamene Clervoyant, was arrested on May 5, 2025, after a violent confrontation with a customer, Johnny Tyrone Pierre, who tried to enter without an appointment. Surveillance footage showed Clervoyant pepper-spraying and punching Pierre, then tasering him multiple times as he fled. Clervoyant faces charges of aggravated battery and is in jail on a $7500 bond.
