Los Angeles County offers a $20,000 reward for info on the shooter who killed a mother and daughter, La'von Hall and Ma'Laysia Martin, in a Compton drive-by on April 1. Suspect Donte Brown, described as 5'9", 245 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes, remains at large and is considered armed and dangerous. He frequents Compton and Long Beach.
