A pro-Russian hacker group, NoName057, launched a DDoS attack on Romanian government and presidential candidate websites during the country's presidential election on May 4th.
Affected sites included the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Justice, and several presidential candidates' sites.
The National Cybersecurity Directorate confirmed the attacks and stated that the websites were restored by 2 p.m. local time.
