Teen faces 33 charges including hate promotion and weapon possession after threatening Halifax school.

A 16-year-old accused of threatening a Halifax high school now faces 33 charges, including promoting hatred against Jewish and African-Nova Scotian communities and possessing various weapons. The teenager was arrested in April after a tip from a suicide hotline, and extensive evidence was found on their devices. They are banned from contacting Citadel High School students and will remain in custody until the next hearing.
