An investigation into a fatal house fire in Rochester, Minnesota, on March 31, concluded that the cause of the fire remains undetermined. The fire led to the death of 69-year-old Patricia Lynn Spitzack-Havlish, whose death was ruled accidental. Explosions were caused by a medical-grade oxygen cylinder, which intensified the flames but did not start the fire. The Rochester Fire Marshal and the Minnesota State Fire Marshal's Office found no evidence of foul play or criminal activity.
