Daniel Callihan, accused of killing a mother, Callie Brunett, and her 4-year-old daughter in Louisiana, has been found competent to stand trial. Callihan is charged with kidnapping the children and transporting them across state lines to Mississippi, where one was killed and the other survived. His co-defendant, Victoria Cox, also faces charges including capital murder and kidnapping. The trial is set for July 28.
