Ari Emanuel acquires art fair company Frieze for $200M, plans expansion under new ownership.

Ari Emanuel, former CEO of Endeavor, is acquiring Frieze, a leading art fair company, for around $200 million. The deal will bring Frieze's seven art fairs and other assets under a new private company founded by Emanuel, backed by global investors. Frieze’s leadership will stay, and the company plans to expand its creative and collaborative efforts under the new ownership.
