In Times Square, a food vendor was shot in the arm during a dispute with a group of young people around 5 a.m. NYPD Chief John Chell reported that one of the group members fired multiple shots towards the vendors, hitting one. The vendor is expected to recover. Three suspects were arrested in the subway shortly after the incident. The NYPD is still investigating the incident.
