OMV Petrom sees sales rise but profit falls; Romgaz and Premier Energy plan to distribute dividends.

In Q1 2025, OMV Petrom, Romania's sole oil and gas producer, saw a 5% increase in sales to RON9 billion but a 24% drop in net profit to RON1.07 billion. Meanwhile, Romgaz and Premier Energy both plan to distribute dividends of RON75 million each from their 2024 profits.
