Two-year-old Henry Spletter died on April 26, two days after choking at his nursery in Cairns, Australia. Despite attempts by paramedics to save him, he suffered a non-survivable brain injury and was transferred to Townsville University Hospital. The cause of the choking is under investigation. His parents, Aaron and Rachel Spletter, honored their son's memory and donated his heart, which was successfully transplanted into another child.
