Police urgently seek witness who reported a dangerous driver before a fatal crash in New Zealand.

Police are urgently searching for a female witness who reported a black Toyota RAV4 driving dangerously on State Highway 47 near Mangakino, New Zealand, before it was involved in a fatal crash on April 21. The driver of the RAV4 has pleaded guilty to careless driving causing death and is set to be sentenced on May 6. The witness and a male companion were traveling from Whanganui to Turangi at the time. Police are unable to reach the witness, whose phone number is a roaming number, and are urging anyone with information to contact them.
