New York State has recalled Three Rivers brand golden raisins due to undeclared sulfites, posing a risk to those with sulfite sensitivity or asthma. The raisins, repackaged by Shata Trades Inc. in Brooklyn, were found to contain dangerously high levels of sulfites. The product, sold in 400g clear plastic bags, should not be consumed by sensitive individuals who are advised to discard the raisins immediately. No illnesses have been reported.
