The Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA) has approved a rule allowing high school athletes to earn money from their name, image, and likeness (NIL).
Athletes can't use their school's name or logo in endorsements and must avoid deals linked to their school team, school, or the WIAA.
The new rule takes effect at the end of May.
