Rwandan genocide suspect arrested in New York for lying about his past on immigration forms.

Faustin Nsabumukunzi, alleged to be a leader during the 1994 Rwandan genocide, was arrested in New York for immigration fraud. He is accused of lying on his visa, green card, and citizenship applications about his role in the genocide, which led to the deaths of an estimated 800,000 people. Nsabumukunzi, who had been living in the U.S. since 2003, faces up to 30 years in prison if convicted.
