Ohio man dies in car crash near Tate Township; cause under investigation.

In a fatal crash on April 24 near Tate Township, Ohio, 42-year-old Shawn Spencer died after his 2007 Mazda 3 veered off Starling Road and struck two trees and a traffic sign. Spencer, who was wearing a seatbelt, was flown to UC Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of the crash.
