The Federal High Court in Abuja granted the EFCC permission to arrest six Crypto Bridge Exchange (CBEX) promoters accused of investment fraud exceeding one billion dollars. The defendants allegedly operated a Ponzi scheme, promising unrealistic returns that led to significant financial losses for thousands of Nigerians.
