Nearly 180,000 Safety 1st Grow & Go Sprint child car seats are being recalled due to a potential choking hazard from a loosely attached headrest foam pad. No injuries have been reported, but the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration warns that children could remove and ingest pieces of the foam.
