Nationwide lowers mortgage rates by up to 0.25% for home movers and first-time buyers, effective April 25.

Nationwide Building Society has reduced mortgage rates by up to 0.25 percentage points on selected two, three, and five-year fixed-rate products. The new lowest rates are 3.89% for a two-year fixed-rate mortgage and 3.94% for a five-year fixed-rate mortgage, aimed at attracting home movers and first-time buyers. These changes take effect on April 25.
