Former Ghanaian National Signals Bureau Chief Kwabena Adu-Boahen and his wife have filed a defamation lawsuit against Attorney General Dr. Dominic Ayine. They claim Dr. Ayine made false accusations during a March 24 press conference, damaging their reputation. The lawsuit seeks damages, an injunction against further statements, and legal costs. Dr. Ayine has eight days to respond. Adu-Boahen was previously arrested over a $7 million financial scandal.
