The Baton Rouge Police Department is searching for Richard Stinson, 68, who is accused of murdering his 68-year-old partner, Rose Davillier, in a home invasion on April 14. Stinson is described as 6'2" and 170 lbs, with gray hair and brown eyes. Additionally, Yushika Vallian, 31, was arrested in Opelousas for threatening police and assaulting a motel manager after her partner was fatally shot in a confrontation with officers.
