Maryland student suspended for complaining about missing classroom flags sues school for retaliation.

Parker Jensen, an 18-year-old Maryland high school student and Marine enlistee, was suspended and barred from school events after complaining about missing American flags in his classrooms, which violated state law. Jensen sued the Baltimore County Public Schools, claiming retaliation against his First Amendment rights. The school district, however, claims it was addressing the flag issue before Jensen's complaint.
