LIC boosts its stake in Bank of Baroda to 7.05%, acquiring over 10 crore shares over 18 months.
The Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has raised its stake in state-owned Bank of Baroda (BoB) to 7.05% by acquiring 10.45 crore shares over a year and a half.
This increases LIC's share from 5.03%.
At the time of announcement, BoB's shares were trading at Rs 250.20 each, up 3.09%.
