Loans can reach up to $2 million for businesses and nonprofits, with interest rates starting at 4% for businesses and 3.625% for nonprofits.
Homeowners can borrow up to $500,000, and renters can get up to $100,000, with rates as low as 2.75%.
The deadline for physical damage applications is May 19, and for economic injury applications, it's December 19.
