A federal judge has temporarily halted the Trump administration's policy that prohibits the use of "X" gender markers and changes to gender markers on passports. Judge Julia Kobick granted a preliminary injunction, allowing six transgender and nonbinary plaintiffs to obtain passports that reflect their gender identity.
