Alicia Silverstone returns as Cher in a new "Clueless" TV sequel series at Peacock.

A sequel series to the 1995 film "Clueless" is in development for Peacock, starring Alicia Silverstone as Cher Horowitz. The show will be written and executive-produced by Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage, with Amy Heckerling and Robert Lawrence also executive-producing. This project is separate from a previous reboot attempt and a 1990s TV adaptation starring Rachel Blanchard. Casting details and a premiere date are yet to be announced.
