Federal officials have offered up to $5 million for information leading to the arrest of Johnny Hurtado Olascoaga and $3 million for his brother Jose, who led a drug cartel accused of distributing heroin, cocaine, methamphetamine, and fentanyl in metro Atlanta. The brothers, founders of La Nueva Familia Michoacana, are considered fugitives believed to be living in Mexico. The US Department of Justice indicted them on drug trafficking charges as part of a broader effort to combat international drug cartels.
