Federal judge dismisses contempt case against ICE agent who arrested man outside Boston courthouse.

A federal judge dismissed a contempt case against an ICE agent, Brian Sullivan, who arrested Wilson Martell-Lebron, a man with alleged drug trafficking convictions, outside a Boston courthouse. Boston Municipal Court Judge Mark Summerville had found Sullivan in contempt, arguing the arrest deprived Martell-Lebron of due process. However, U.S. District Judge William Young vacated the contempt order after the Massachusetts Attorney General Andrea Campbell and U.S. Attorney Leah Foley agreed it should be dismissed.
