The University of South Carolina's softball team narrowly lost to Clemson, 2-1, in an extra-inning game on April 15th. Marian Collins from Clemson hit a walk-off home run to secure the win. In a separate game, South Carolina's baseball team won 4-0 against The Citadel, recording their fourth shutout of the season. KJ Scobey led the scoring with a home run in the second inning.
