Claire Austin, a 38-year-old woman from Sydney, died after fleeing a domestic violence incident in her Randwick apartment. She suffered a severe laceration to her arm while escaping through a glass door. A 44-year-old man known to her was questioned but released without charges. NSW Police have launched Strike Force Lyndoch to investigate her suspicious death.
