Body of missing 82-year-old Marcia Norman found in concrete under shed; handyman arrested.

The body of 82-year-old Marcia Norman, who went missing from Tenino, Washington, was found encased in concrete under a newly built shed in Olympia. Her handyman, Jeffrey Zizz, is a person of interest and had recently constructed the shed after she was reported missing. Zizz fled to Montana but was arrested and is now in Thurston County Jail on a no-bail hold for violating his probation. Authorities are continuing to gather evidence.
