Central Queensland's 19,558-acre cattle property, Pasha, was sold to local interests after failing to meet its $27.5 million reserve price at an auction in Clermont.
The property, which can carry 2,600 adult cattle, features developed gidyea and brigalow land, 1,700 acres of pelleted land, and water from the Suttor River and creeks.
It also includes infrastructure like cattle yards, sheds, a workshop, an airstrip, and three residential buildings.
