Texas man charged with threatening ICE agents and Homeland Security Secretary on social media.
Robert Wilson King, a 35-year-old Texas man, has been charged in federal court for threatening to "open fire" on ICE agents if they entered his neighborhood.
King posted violent threats on Facebook, also calling for the assassination of ICE agents and criticizing Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem.
He was arrested in McKinney, Texas, and is being held pending a detention hearing.
If convicted, King faces up to five years in prison.
