New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy proposes a $5 million grant program to aid businesses near the I-80 sinkhole repairs. The U.S. Small Business Administration also approved low-interest loans up to $2 million for affected businesses. The highway is expected to fully reopen by June 25. Applications for state grants will open by late April, with the SBA opening a recovery center in Wharton on April 8.
