Two died and three were injured in a suspected alcohol and speed-related crash in El Paso.

Two people died and three were injured in a crash in Northeast El Paso early April 3, 2025. Police suspect speed and alcohol were factors when a Toyota Avalon and a Dodge Ram 1500 veered off the road and crashed. The two fatalities, both in their 20s and not wearing seatbelts, mark the 18th and 19th traffic deaths of 2025, up from 14 at this time last year.
