Judge orders Columbia to notify students before sharing docs with Congress on antisemitism probe.
A federal judge in New York ruled that Columbia University must give 30 days' notice to detained activist Mahmoud Khalil and other students before sharing documents with Congress for its investigation into antisemitism on college campuses.
The judge did not block the university from complying with congressional requests but allowed students to refile a temporary restraining order if they address certain issues.
Rep. Tim Walberg called it a "victory for credible oversight."
