HF Sinclair Co. shares dropped as major investors sold off significant portions of their holdings.

HF Sinclair Co., an energy firm, saw a decline in shares held by institutional investors Pictet Asset Management and B. Metzler. Pictet reduced its holdings by 32.1%, while B. Metzler cut its stake by 30.2%. The company, which produces fuels and operates refineries across the US, also saw a director purchase shares recently. Despite operating challenges, the company continues to market its products in key regions including the Southwest and Rocky Mountains.
