New Zealand's center-right coalition, led by PM Luxon, leads polls, edging out Labour.
In the latest Taxpayers' Union-Curia Poll, New Zealand's center-right coalition led by Prime Minister Christopher Luxon has surpassed the Labour party, with Labour dropping 4.3 points to 29.8%.
This shift follows Labour Leader Chris Hipkins distancing himself from comments made by a Green MP.
The coalition's seat projection now stands at 64, enough to form a government.
Luxon also leads in the preferred Prime Minister poll, rising to 21.9%.
The poll surveyed 1000 people from March 29 to April 1.
