A 71-year-old man named Oliver James MacCormack has pleaded guilty to 40 crimes, including human trafficking and controlling prostitution, in Belfast.
He exploited vulnerable young women, aged 17 to 19, providing them with heroin in exchange for sex work.
The offenses occurred between 2015 and 2022, and MacCormack is now facing a long prison sentence.
The case was investigated by the PSNI’s modern slavery unit.
