Study reveals Brits' declining wildlife knowledge, but shows interest in nature-focused holidays.
A recent study by The Camping and Caravanning Club shows a decline in British wildlife knowledge, with many unable to identify common animals like robins and badgers. Over 70% of participants weren't confident identifying animal tracks, and 65% were unaware of puffin-spotting locations. Despite this, 77% expressed interest in learning more about wildlife, and 46% considered nature-focused holidays like camping. The club created an interactive map to help identify UK wildlife.
