SEGRO and Pure Data Centres are developing a £1 billion, 56-megawatt data center in West London, set to finish in 2029.

SEGRO Plc and Pure Data Centres Group are jointly developing a £1 billion data centre in West London. The 50:50 partnership aims to build a 56-megawatt facility, SEGRO's first fully-fitted data centre, expected to be pre-leased to a major tech company. The project, set to complete in 2029, includes a closed-loop water system and will create numerous local jobs.
