Tennessee State Rep. Kevin Raper will return to the House on March 27 after a successful liver transplant on February 23 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Doctors report his recovery is ahead of schedule with no signs of rejection. Raper will limit his work to floor sessions and committee meetings while still in quarantine. He represents part of Bradley County and is in his second term.
