Police seek more victims in Max Dobbs' rape and kidnapping case; he's jailed in Baton Rouge.

The New Orleans Police Department is seeking additional victims of Max Alexander Dobbs, a 26-year-old accused of rape and kidnapping. Dobbs is currently in jail in Baton Rouge, facing charges for crimes believed to have occurred in New Orleans. Police suspect he may have other unreported victims and urge anyone with information to contact the Special Victims Unit at 504-658-5523.
