Osun State and Thors Explorations resolve mining dispute, clearing company of tax and environmental claims.

Osun State in Nigeria and Thors Explorations Limited have resolved their dispute over mining issues, including tax payments and environmental concerns, with the help of Nigeria's Minister of Solid Minerals. An inter-ministerial report cleared Segilola Resources Operating Limited (SROL), a subsidiary of Thors, of environmental degradation and invalid tax claims. SROL has reaffirmed its commitment to social responsibility initiatives in the state.
