Nissin Foods reported stable annual results for 2024, with revenue of HK$3,811.9 million, a 4.6% increase in the second half due to strong noodle sales. Despite a 5.5% drop in the first half, the company's Adjusted EBITDA grew by 0.8% to HK$612.5 million. Nissin also increased gross profit by 0.7% to HK$1,312.1 million. The company expanded its portfolio through acquisitions in Korea and Australia and proposed a total dividend of 15.82 HK cents per share, subject to shareholder approval.
